The Process

Project Briefing

We review the design, build scope, and project goals to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction.

Site Assessment

Our team visits the site to assess access, ground conditions, and any factors that may impact the build strategy or timelines.

Construction Programme

We develop a clear build schedule, outlining key stages, trades, and milestones to keep the project on track.

Site Setup

We prepare the site for work by installing safety measures and utilities and securing the area for construction activities.

Groundworks & Foundations

We carry out excavation, foundation work, drainage, and prepare the base for the structural build.

Structural Build

We construct the frame, floors, walls, and roof, ensuring accuracy to the approved technical drawings.

External Finishes

Brickwork, render, cladding, roofing, and windows are installed to make the structure watertight.

Internal Works

The first fix services are installed, followed by plastering, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms, and the second fix finishes.

Final Checks & Snagging

We complete quality control checks, test all systems, and resolve any snagging items before completion.

Completion & Handover

We walk you through the finished build, hand over documents and certificates, and provide ongoing support if needed.
